We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between LLC “Patent and Law Firm ‘Koval & Partners'” and the Public Union “Ukrainian Makers Association” (PU “UMA”). This Memorandum aims to enhance awareness and education in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine, bringing together the efforts of both organizations to achieve common goals.

The purpose of our cooperation is to organize and implement joint events such as seminars, conferences, and competitions aimed at improving the qualifications of makers. We strive to provide our clients with comprehensive legal support, consultation, and protection of their intellectual property rights, including issues of customs law and anti-piracy measures.

The Memorandum also envisions attracting partner and donor organizations for the implementation of planned projects. The parties have agreed to post information about the activities and events of the partner on official websites and social media pages, ensuring broader coverage of our cooperation and its achievements.

This Memorandum is an important step in developing cooperation between our organizations, aimed at creating favorable conditions for the protection and development of intellectual property in Ukraine.
