If you want to register a copyright on the computer programs, the content of the site (the site), musical works, literary works, photographs, drawings (design) and etc., the following documents are necessary:

Registration for individual:

• information about the author (full name, passport number, address of the registration, telephone number);
• Power of Attorney;
• payment of the state fee for the transfer of rights and our services;
• a writing in electronic or printed form.

Registration for the legal entity:

• information about the author (full name, passport number, address of the registration, telephone number);
• details of company the owner (name, legal address, position and name of the head);
• Power of Attorney;
• payment of the state fee for the transfer of rights and our services;
• a writing in electronic or printed form;
• a copy of the employment contract with the author who has created the program and the job description.

Copyright registration in Ukraine approximately is about 2-3 months, after which the owner will get a Certificate.
